Bolton has a small number of centrally located hotels. We suggest you book early if it's important for you to stay in the centre. There are plenty of good choices on the outskirts of the town and it's also worth considering nearby Manchester (12 mins by train) if you're having real difficulty finding accommodation in the town. Trains to Manchester are frequent, very affordable and run late into the night. The other great option is AirBnB which has lots of price ranges and different types of accommodation in and around Bolton.

Two minutes away from junction 6 of the M61 but 5.6 miles from the Town Centre. Horwich Parkway rail station is a short five-minute walk away and trains to Manchester and Bolton are quite regular. Perhaps more suited to those who are willing to drive to the festival or travel in for a full day by bus, train or taxi.

Set in beautiful Lancashire countryside this Georgian manor house boasts a swimming pool, sauna, gym and fitness studio. The hotel is located 6.8 miles from the Light Cinema, but only 0.5 miles from the M61. The 521 bus route is an option and it is close to the Horwich Parkway station but this hotel is probably best suited for those travelling by car.
