Are you interested in attending BFF with a ticket or pass? Here's everything you need to know for your visit to the festival, including picking up your industry accreditation, festival passes, tickets and other practical details.
HOW TO FESTIVAL...
JUST WANT TO SEE A FILM OR TALK?
If you only want to buy a ticket to one programme of films, or to attend just one industry talk, then simply head to our Programme Page and buy a ticket for £8.50 for your chosen screening or industry event.
Use the filters on the Programme Page to hone in on the day you wish to visit, or take a look at the Schedule page for a more simplified view.
COMING FOR MORE THAN ONE EVENT?
We offer a range of different passes to access the festival, making it better value for money than multiple tickets, by offering more open access to screenings, industry events and industry facilities only available with a festival pass.
Please use the Tickets & Passes Diagram to evaluate which pass is right for you.
USING YOUR FESTIVAL PASS
Your pass gives you access to all the eligible screenings and events, but you should reserve the screenings you want to attend in advance.
Log in to your festival account.
Find the screening or event you want to attend.
Reserve your place.
Your reservation will appear under My Tickets.
Show the QR code on your phone when entering.
DISCOUNTS
Students and OAP Discounts
Please use the following discount codes to apply to Festival Passes in the checkout process to claim the discounts.
Please note discounts on the Online Pass or Individual Tickets prices are not eligible.
Students 15% OFF code: StudentBIFF2026
Pensioners 15% OFF code: OAPdiscount2026
Evidence will be required on request at the venues for the Student and OAP (66 yrs+) discounts.
WHERE DO I ATTEND?
YOUR TICKETS
Tickets, reservations and QR codes are stored in My Tickets.
BOX OFFICE & HELP DESK
Open daily during the festival dates from 10am - 8pm
Tickets, passes, accreditation and booking problems can all be dealt with here.
Volunteers and staff are also present in the Light Cinema until closing hours.

Pick up your industry accreditation at KUDOS gallery, Market Place, BL1 2AL
VENUES
KUDOS Gallery, Cinema and Box Office is on the middle floor and The Light Cinema is one floor above, both at the Market Place Shopping Centre, Knowsley Street, BL1 2AL
